A functional website that gives the customer a smooth experience by having a clear structure that takes you to the right page with just one click. Aros Auto has two different facilities and it is important that customers can easily find a “call to action” wherever they are on the website – to the right facility. Aros Auto also wants to develop a user-friendly system for selling cars.

The result
At this new website, Aros Auto can present their cars in an accessible way with a soft touch. The natural colour scheme gives a sense of professionalism and allows the cars and navigation to be in the centre stage.
The primary call to action on the site is a live chat located at the bottom right of the page. Clicking on the red ball unfolds a chat box, but the visitor can also view the Questions & Answers and contact the staff via a contact form. The live chat can also be accessed through buttons embedded in the content of the page. An example is the ”Ask us” button which opens up the contact form tab.
