What data we collect and why we collect it
Automated data collection
When you visit webbson.se, we use Google Analytics to collect the following information about your visit;
- which browser and version you are currently using
- which language you have configured in your browser
- if you came to us from another website (referral)
- the links you click on our website
- your IP address and country of origin
We use the above information to;
- understand what browser features you use so that we can improve your experience
- evaluate what services you and other people are interested in
Cookies och log files
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This allows the web server to identify and track the browser.
We only use cookies for Google Analytics as described above, which generates visitor statistics and other information about website usage. Google stores this information, see Google Analytics privacy policy for more information.
Contact form
On our website you have the opportunity to leave name and phone number through a contact form to express interest in our services. This information is solely used for us to reconnect to you and is later on deleted.
Company and personal data when ordering
For billing purposes: when you order services or products from us, we collect company and personal data (company name, organisation number, first and last name, billing address, telephone number and e-mail address) in order to complete the order and bill for the service or product.
For newsletter distribution: The e-mail that we collect during an order is used for the distribution of newsletters to you as a customer. You can at anytime unregister from our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link that you find in every newsletter or write to us by e-mail.
For domain registration: Our partner Ilait AB is an ICANN-credited registrar and provides domain registration services for partners and end-customers. Company and personal data (Company name, organisation number, first and last name, billing address, phone number och e-mail) that we collect in regards to domain registration is used to uphold an agreement between you and Ilait AB and/or the domain sub-registrar.
For use in our CRM: Part of the company and personal data you provide us with end up in our CRM-software (Customer relationship management) in order to facilitate contact with you and your employees. This is applied to company name, first and last name, phone number and e-mail.
Who we share our data with
In addition to what you’ve read about in the previous section we do not share any personal data to second parties.
How long do we store your information
We save company and personal data as long as you are a customer of ours. Information that you provide when registering a domain is kept as long as the domain is registered with our partner Ilait AB.
What rights you have regarding your data
If you’re already an existing customer with us you can demand to see which company and personal data we have on you, including the ones we have been provided with. You can also demand that we remove all company and personal data from our system. This does not include any possible data we have that we are required to store for administrative, legal, and safety issues.
